
7. Select Alpha Blend: Alpha Clip
- Properties menu >> Material >> Game Settings
- Alpha Blend >> Alpha Clip
Note:
- Opaque:
- Render color of textured face as color
- Add:
- Render face transparent and add color of face
- Alpha Anit-Aliasing:
- Use the Alpha channel as an anti-aliasing mask
- Alpha Blend:
- Use texture alpha values with blending
- Alpha Clip:
- Use texture alpha values with no blending
- Alpha Sort:
- Sort faces for correct alpha drawing

8. Enable Transparency
- Properties menu >> Material >> Transparency checkbox
- Select Z Transparency button
- Set Alpha slider to 0.0
Note:
- Enable Transparency makes the Material of the game object transparent

9. Add a texture channel to the material
- Properties menu >> Texture
- Select an empty Texture Channel >> New
