
7. Add a UV Map to the plane
- Properties menu >> Object Data
- UV Maps >> Plus (+) button
Note:
- The UV Map holds the position of the texture and normal map on the game object
- After we add the image, we will UV map it to the game object using this UV Map


8. Give the UV Map a unique name
- Properties menu >> Object Data
- UV Maps >> Name: Flame_UV
Note:
- Highlight the name and double click to rename

9. Add a material
- Properties menu >> Material >> New
