Animating Textures

7.  Give the UV Map a unique name
  • Properties menu >> Object Data
     
  • UV Maps >> Name: Candle_Flame_UV
Note:
  • I am naming my UV Map: Candle_Flame_UV
     
  • Highlight the name and double click to rename
8.  Add or Select a material
  • Properties menu >> Material >> New
9.  Add a texture channel to the material
  • Properties menu >> Texture
     
  • Select an empty Texture Channel >> New
