Creating Normal Maps -- Classic Method

7.  Place model at World Coordinates [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
  • Properties tab >> Transform >> Location
     
  • X: 0.0
     
  • Y: 0.0
     
  • Z: 0.0
Note:
  • You can position the 3D model anywhere you want
     
  • Placing the 3D model at [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ] will make it easier to position the camera
8.  Add a material to the model
  • Properties menu >> Material >> New
9.  Give the Material a unique name
  • Properties menu >> Material >> Material List

  • I am naming it DragonLogo_Mat
