Normal Maps

19. Add a second texture channel for the Normal Map
  • Properties menu >> Texture button
     
  • Select Empty Texture Channel >> New
Note:
  • A Normal Map uses colors to store the value of the normals. 
20. Give it a unique name
  • Properties menu >> Texture button >> Name >> Tile_Normal
Note:
  • I am naming it Tile_Normal
21.  Texture Type:  Image or Movie
  •  Properties menu >> Texture button >> Type >> Image or Movie
