Render to Texture

7.  Add a second camera to be used for Render to Texture
  • 3D View menu >> Add >> Camera
  • The images from the second camera will be used for Render to Texture.
8.  Give the new Camera a unique name
  • New Camera selected
  • Properties menu >> Object tab >> Name box
  • I'm naming the new Camera: Security_Cam
9.  Give the Security_Cam something to look at
  • 3D View >> Add >> Mesh >> Monkey
  • Place the Monkey in front of the security camera
