Render to Texture

10.  Add a game object to be used to display the Render to Texture
  • 3D View >> Add >> Mesh >> Plane
  • Place the plane in front of the active camera
  • You don't have to use a plane.  You can use any game object that has a mesh.
11.  Give the Plane a unique name
  • Plane selected
  • Propertes menu >> Object tab >> Name box
  • For this tutorial, I'm naming the Plane: Monitor
12.  Add a material to Monitor
  • Properties menu >> Material tab >> New button
