7.  Add a texture channel for the Reflective Texture
  • Properties menu >> Texture button
     
  • Select an empty Texture slot >> New
Note:
  • While I am placing the reflection texture directly on the material, you don't have to with GLSL.
     
  • You can place the reflection texture on top of other textures.
8.  Give it a unique name 
  • Properties menu >> Texture button >> Name >> Shiny
Note:
  • I am naming it Shiny
9.  Texture Type:  Image or Movie
  • Properties menu >> Texture button >> Type >> Image or Movie
